By accessing and using MealScribe ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

MealScribe is a mobile application that provides meal planning, recipe management, nutrition tracking, and related services. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or share through the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the App:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The information on this App is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company:

• Does not warrant that the App will be constantly available or available at all

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MealScribe, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
